Gabriel Mizner, a senior instructor and younger brother of Sifu Adam Mizner, brings deep personal experience and clear teaching to help students develop real skill in Taijiquan. Our practice focuses on the complete internal system — including form, push hands, Nei Gong, and meditation — for health, martial ability, and inner cultivation.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, we emphasize natural movement, relaxation, and the classical principles of Wu Wei — effortless action.
